Vape Starter Kits
Complete refillable kits that include everything except the e-liquid.
What a starter kit includes
A device, a tank or integrated reservoir, at least one coil and a charging cable. You add e-liquid. The point is that nothing is missing and nothing needs matching: buying a mod and a tank separately is cheaper in theory and a common way for new vapers to end up with incompatible parts.
Our kits
- Halo Start Kit — the entry point, simple and inexpensive.
- Halo Start Pro Kit — the step up, with more capacity and a longer-lasting battery.
- Halo Start AIO Kit — all-in-one, with the tank integrated into the device.
What to buy alongside
A 50/50 or nic salt e-liquid and one spare coil. Both product pages list the coil resistance, which tells you the liquid to match: higher resistance for nic salt, lower for freebase.
The three habits that decide how long a kit lasts
Prime each new coil and wait five minutes before firing. Keep the tank above a quarter full rather than running it dry. Rinse the tank when you change flavour. Most kits that fail early fail for one of those reasons.
When to move on
If you find yourself wanting more vapour, an adjustable box mod with a sub-ohm tank is the next step. If you want less bulk, a pod kit is the other direction.
Frequently asked questions
What comes in a starter kit?
A device, tank or integrated reservoir, at least one coil and a charging cable. E-liquid is bought separately.
Which e-liquid do I need?
Nic salt or 50/50 freebase for these kits. The coil resistance listed on each product page tells you which suits.
Do I need spare coils?
Yes, eventually. Coils last one to two weeks, so buying one spare with the kit saves you being caught out.
What is the difference between the Start and Start Pro?
The Pro is the upgraded model with more capacity and battery life. Compare the specifications on both pages.
Is a starter kit better than a disposable?
Cheaper to run and far less waste, but it needs filling, priming and occasional cleaning.
