These terms apply to every order placed with Store. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
Age restriction
Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may ask for ID on delivery and can refuse or cancel an order if it is not provided.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications such as capacity, puff count and nicotine strength. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the photographs.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Cash on delivery is not currently offered. We confirm your order once payment is arranged, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Returns

Acceptable use
You may not use this site fraudulently, attempt to break its security, or resell our products as though they were your own without our written agreement.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description. We are not responsible for misuse of a product, nor for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
