Three types of e-liquid
- Nic salt: smooth at higher nicotine strengths and absorbed quickly. Made for low-power pod kits. Example: Cloudline Nic Salt Strawberry Kiwi 30ml.
- Freebase: the traditional form of nicotine, with a stronger throat hit at the same strength. Suits MTL kits and pens. Example: Cloudline Vanilla Custard 60ml.
- High VG: thicker liquid for big clouds in sub-ohm tanks, at low nicotine. Examples: Cloudline Berry Storm and Cloud Chaser 100ml.
PG and VG
E-liquids are based on propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG). PG carries flavour and throat hit; VG makes vapour thicker and smoother. Higher-PG liquids suit small pods; high-VG liquids need a sub-ohm coil to wick properly.
UAE rules
In the UAE, nicotine concentration in e-liquid is capped at 20 mg/mL and refill containers are limited in size under the national standard. E-liquids are for adults over 18. Store bottles upright, sealed and away from heat and sunlight.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between nic salt and freebase?
Nic salt is smoother at higher strengths and suits low-power pod kits; freebase gives a stronger throat hit and suits MTL kits and pens.
Can I use high-VG e-liquid in a pod kit?
It's not recommended. Thick high-VG liquid wicks slowly in small pod coils and causes dry hits. Use it in sub-ohm tanks.
What size bottles do you sell?
Our Cloudline range includes 30ml nic salt, 60ml freebase and 100ml high-VG bottles.
How should I store e-liquid in the UAE heat?
Upright, sealed, in a cool dark cupboard. Heat and sunlight degrade flavour and nicotine.
Does e-liquid expire?
Flavour fades over time. Use bottles within the date printed on the label, and within a few months of opening.
