Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
- Delivery fees and estimated times for your emirate are shown at checkout once you choose it.
Order processing
Same working day for orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery charges
The delivery fee for your emirate is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Receiving your order
Deliveries are made to the address you provide. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order, and ID may be requested. Please make sure the phone number on the order is reachable, as our courier will call before delivery.
Delays
Weather, traffic and customs checks can occasionally delay a delivery. If your order is running late, contact us and we will track it for you.
