Closed Pod Systems

Reusable devices that take sealed, factory-filled pods. Nothing to fill, nothing to prime.

The simplest reusable format

A closed pod system removes every maintenance task except charging. No bottles, no priming, no coil installation. You click in a sealed pod, vape it, and replace it. For anyone who found refillable vaping fiddly, this is the format that usually sticks.

Closed versus open

Open (refillable) pods let you use any e-liquid and cost less per millilitre. Closed pods cost more per millilitre but never leak while filling, never get under-primed, and never involve carrying a bottle. It is convenience against cost.

In our range

The Halo Seal and Seal Plus are our closed systems. The Plus is the upgraded model; compare the specifications on both pages before choosing.

Pod availability matters

With a closed system you are tied to the pods made for that device, so check which flavours are stocked before committing. A device with two available flavours will feel limiting after a month.

Care

Keep spare pods sealed, upright and out of heat. Wipe the device contacts occasionally — a weak or intermittent draw is often just residue between the pod and the battery.

Frequently asked questions

What is a closed pod system?

A reusable device that takes sealed, factory-filled pods. You replace the pod rather than refilling it.

Why choose closed over refillable?

Convenience. No bottles, no priming, no leaks while filling. The trade-off is a higher cost per millilitre and fewer flavour options.

Can I refill a closed pod?

They are not designed for it. If you want to fill your own, choose a refillable pod kit.

Which closed kits do you stock?

The Halo Seal and the Halo Seal Plus. The Plus is the upgraded model.

Why is my draw weak?

Often residue on the contacts between pod and device. Wipe them clean and reseat the pod.
