Cloudline Vanilla Custard 60ml

The classic dessert vape

Vanilla custard is to e-liquid what Double Apple is to shisha: the reference flavour everyone eventually tries. Done well it is thick, creamy and slightly eggy rather than simply sweet, and it is one of the few dessert profiles that holds up as an all-day liquid.

What 70/30 means for your device

More VG than a pod liquid, which makes it thicker and smoother with more vapour. That suits tanks with larger wicking ports and slightly lower-resistance coils. In a small pod it can wick too slowly, so check your coil before filling.

Freebase, not salt

More throat hit at the same strength, which is why freebase is sold at lower nicotine levels. It suits MTL tanks and pens where you take more, smaller draws.

The coil cost

Worth being upfront about: sweetened dessert liquids caramelise on a coil. Expect to change coils more often than with a fruit or menthol liquid — perhaps a week rather than two. That is the price of the flavour, not a fault.

Pairings

Coffee, obviously. It is also the flavour most people keep alongside a mint for variety, since the two are about as far apart as vaping gets.

Storage

Sealed and upright, away from heat and light. Custards darken faster than fruit liquids with age, which affects colour more than taste.
