A heavier fruit
Blueberry is on the dark end of the fruit range: jammy, slightly syrupy, without the acidity of citrus or the crispness of apple. That weight is why it lasts. Where lighter fruits fade after twenty minutes, this one holds its character deep into a bowl.
Heat management
Dark, sugary molasses tolerates heat better than citrus but punishes carelessness. Two to three coconut coals on a heat management device is the sweet spot. If the smoke turns harsh, lift a coal rather than pulling harder.
Mixing suggestions
On its own it is rich. Cut it with Lemon Mint for brightness or with the Herbal Mint if you want to lighten the nicotine load. Berry and mint is the safest mix in shisha: it is very hard to get wrong.
