Description
The problem it addresses
Residue. E-liquid leaves a sticky film on tank threads and battery contacts; smoking leaves tar on mouthpieces. Both build up gradually, and both cause specific problems — intermittent firing from dirty contacts, muddied flavour from a coated tank, a stale draw from a dirty mouthpiece.
When water is not enough
Warm water handles fresh residue. It does not handle a month-old film of caramelised sweetener on tank glass, or tar inside a mouthpiece. That is what a solution is for, and it is why flavour often improves noticeably after the first proper clean.
Using it
Apply to a cloth or cotton bud rather than pouring it over a device. Clean contacts, threads and mouthpieces, then wipe dry and let everything air before reassembling. Never apply it to a coil — coils are replaced, not cleaned.
What to keep it away from
Electronics. Do not get solution into a battery port, a screen or a button housing. Damp cloth, not wet.
How often
A wipe of the contacts weekly and a fuller clean when changing flavour is enough for most people. A bottle lasts a long time at that rate.

Frequently asked questions
What does it clean?
E-liquid residue on tanks and contacts, and tar on mouthpieces — the films warm water leaves behind.
Can I use it on a coil?
No. Coils are replaced, not cleaned.
Is it safe on electronics?
Apply it to a cloth, never pour it on a device, and keep it out of ports, screens and buttons.
How often should I use it?
Wipe contacts weekly and clean more fully when changing flavour.
Will it improve flavour?
Often noticeably, if a tank has a build-up of caramelised sweetener.
