What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches are small, white pouches containing nicotine, plant-based fibres and flavouring, with no tobacco leaf. You place one between your gum and upper lip, where nicotine is absorbed through the gum. There's no smoke, vapour or spitting.
How to use them
- Place a pouch under your upper lip. A tingling sensation is normal.
- Leave it in for up to around 30 to 60 minutes, or as directed on the can.
- Dispose of used pouches in the lid compartment or a bin, not on the ground.
Choosing a strength
